1️⃣ Potato Ball Recipe

7 potato balls from using 1 big potato.

STEP 1: Gather all ingredients in a mixing bowl

First boil one big potato and grated it. Take a bowl and mix all below given ingredients.
👉 Boiled & grated 1 big potato
👉 1 chopped green chilli
👉 1/4 tsp Turmeric (Haldi) powder
👉 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
👉 1/2 tsp Garam masala
👉 1 tsp cumin powder
👉 Salt (as per taste)
👉 2 tbsp Rice flour
👉 Coriander leaves

STEP 2: Make potato ball and cook it

👉 Make a potato ball by hand.
👉 Heat the cooker with low flame. Place potato ball into cooker (idli cooker). Cook from both side for 2-2 minutes.
Let’s ready to eat & enjoy potato ball.

2️⃣ Samosa recipe

5 samosa from using 1 cup boiled & grated potato.

STEP 1: Make a dough

👉 Mix 2 cup of wheat flour, salt and 1 teaspoon ajwain. Add water gradually and knead the dough until it becomes soft. After making dough, keep it aside for half an hour.

STEP 2: Filling stuff preparation

👉 Take another bowl and combine this ingredients.

👉 1 cup of boiled and grated potato

👉 1 tsp cumin

👉 1 tsp Coriander powder

👉 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder

👉 1/4 tsp chilli powder

👉 1/2 tsp garam masala

👉 1 tsp mango powder

👉 1 chopped chilli

👉 Salt as per taste

Mix all ingredients properly.

STEP 3: Combine all ingredients

👉 Add coriander and 1/4 cup steamed green beans. You have to prepare steamed green beans before starting this recipe.

STEP 4: Cook samosas

👉 Process of cooking samosa in zero oil snack cooking.

Take a pan. Fill bottom with salt or sand. Here, we are using salt.

Place rack or plate on salt and above it arrange the samosa. First salt get the heat than transfer rack and it will bake the samosa.

Important note, the hole in the cover fill with foil so that can bake easily otherwise heat will come out and eventually cooking samosa can take more time.

Close with cover plate and cook for 25-30 min on low flame.

3️⃣ Pakoda recipe

12 pakoda from using 1/2 cup boiled & grated potato.

STEP 1: Pakoda batter preparation

Take a mixing bowl and combine all ingredients:

1 cup Gram flour (Besan)

1/2 cup Semolina/Suji/Rava

1/2 cup boiled grated potato

2 tbsp coriander leaves

1/3 cup chopped onion

1/2 tsp grated ginger

Salt to taste

1 chopped green chilli

STEP 2: Make thick pakoda batter

Also add this ingredients:

1/4 Turmeric Powder

1/4 tsp cumin seeds

1 tsp chilli powder

3 tbsp yogurt. Mix all ingredients using spoon or by hand. Mix ingredients with adding 1/4 cup water gradually. Remember for zero oil cooking batter should be thick. After making the batter keep aside for 15 min.

STEP 3: Cook pakoda

On the stove and put pakoda batter using spoon and knife same as shown in above image. Cook pakoda both side 2-3 minutes. And then cook at high till pakoda colour tum golden. Continuously monitor pakoda while cook.

4️⃣ Kothimbir vadi recipe

Kothimbir vadi has same recipe above pakoda recipe with removing Semolina/Suji/Rava and potato. Use one cup of  coriander leaves instead of 2 tbsp coriander leaves.

5️⃣ Protein ball recipe

STEP 1: Grind dry fruits and dates

9 laddoo from using 400 gm dry fruits.

Grind this dry fruits in grinder:

50 gm Almond badam

50 gm Cashew

25 gm Pumpkin seeds

25 gm Walnut (Akhrot)

15 gm Pistachio (Pista)

Grind all dry fruits and transfer into other bowl. Make paste of 200 gm dates without seeds.

Now add dates fine paste dry fruit mixer.

STEP 2: Mix dry fruit mixer and date’s paste

Mix both dry fruit mixer and date’s paste. Make small ball using hand. That’s it! Protein balls are ready.

6️⃣ Peanut dates ladoo

7️⃣ Masala corn recipe

👉 1 cup steamed sweet corn kernels

👉 1 tbsp ghee (mix both ingredients corn kernels and ghee)

👉 1/2 tsp chilli powder

👉 1 tsp Lemon juice

👉 1/2 tsp Chaat masala

👉 1/4 tsp Oregano

👉 Black salt (kala namak)

8️⃣Poha cutlet recipe

8 cutlet from 1 cup poha & 1 cup boiled & grated potato.

STEP 1: Batter preparation

Soak 1 cup poha in 1/2 cup of water for 5 min. Then mix this ingredients in mixing bowl:

👉 1 cup poha

👉 1 cup of boiled and grated potato

👉 1 tbsp yogurt

👉 1/4 cup onion

👉 1 tsp Garlic Ginger Paste

👉 1 tsp chilli powder

👉 1.5 tsp coriander powder

👉 1 tsp cumin powder

👉 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder

👉 1 chopped green chilli

👉 2 tbsp coriander leaves

👉 Salt to taste

STEP 2: Cook poha cutlet tikki

Mix all ingredients make tikki like shown in above image. Cook tikki from both side at low flame till gets golden brown colour.
