How to make bhagat muthiya

Some people made chana dal muthiya and have it. In this recipe we cover start to end everything, muthiya with curry. Muthiya (Kofta) are crispy, bite-size fried stuff. Compliment of curry and muthiya which make it amaze dish. Muthiya sabji are filled with gorgeous pure spices before make it crunchy.

Soak and grind the chana dal

πŸ‘‰ Take 1 cup of chana dal in a bowl. Add appropriate water into it. Add 1 pinch (1/16 teaspoon) of cooking soda. It takes for an one hour.
πŸ‘‰ Now take out from the bowl and separate out the water. It will use afterwards in this recipe.
πŸ‘‰ Grind the chana dal with using small cutter grinder (Not to fine). ON/OFF grinder multiple times that will help in mixing the dal.

Add necessary spices

Add following ingredients in mixing chana dal:
πŸ‘‰ 1 tsp Ginger Paste
πŸ‘‰ 1 tsp Green chilli paste
πŸ‘‰ 1 tsp Garlic Paste
πŸ‘‰ 1/4 tsp Haldi powder
πŸ‘‰ 1/2 Jeera powder
πŸ‘‰ 1 tsp Dhaniya Powder

Mix well with essential ingredients

πŸ‘‰ 1/4 tsp Hing
πŸ‘‰ 1 chopped onion (medium size)
πŸ‘‰ 1/4 tsp Salt
Mix well and again add
πŸ‘‰ 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
πŸ‘‰ 2 tsp hot oil

Roll in laddu shape and fry

πŸ‘‰ Roll into the small size ball.
πŸ‘‰ Take oil into the pan and just fry all the ball. Balls becomes little bit harder.

Saute onions with essential spices

Take 3 teaspoon oil and add spices
πŸ‘‰ 1 Bay Leaf (Tej Patta)
πŸ‘‰ 2 Cloves (Lavang)
πŸ‘‰ 2 Green Elaichi (Green Cardamom)
πŸ‘‰ 1 stick Dalchini (Cinnamon)
πŸ‘‰ 1 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
Add onions when slightly smell come and cook till it’s colour gets slightly brown.
πŸ‘‰ Add 1/4 hing with onions.

Cook potato

πŸ‘‰ Add 1 tsp Ginger Paste, 1 tsp Garlic Paste and 2 chopped potatoes. Mix well the curry.
πŸ‘‰ Cook it for 4-5 minutes on medium flame.

Add tomato & cook it

πŸ‘‰ 1 tblsp Red Chilly Powder
πŸ‘‰ 1/2 tsp Dhaniya Powder
πŸ‘‰ 1/2 tsp Jeera Powder
πŸ‘‰ 1/2 tsp Haldi powder
πŸ‘‰ 1 finely chopped tomato
πŸ‘‰ 1/2 tsp salt (afterwards add according to taste)

Cook for 2 minutes.

Make bhagat muthiya curry

πŸ‘‰ Add 1 cup hot dal water and 1 cup normal hot water. Cook the curry till the potato fully cook.

πŸ‘‰ Now add pieces of 4 bhagat muthiya and 1 cup hot water.
πŸ‘‰ 1 tsp Garam masala
πŸ‘‰ Spread 3 tsp Coriander.
